All vendors will receive:
Food and drinks at the event.
Professional photogaphy and videography of your table at the event.
A dedicated space to showcase and sell their products/services.
Marketing promotion on our event platforms.
Networking opportunities with attendees, speakers, and panelists.
Important Details:
Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendors must complete setup by 4:15pm and remain for the duration of the event.
Payments are due immediately once your application has been approved to secure your spot.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup and breakdown.
No refunds will be provided after March 1st.
